Duggan Steel Ltd., commissioned G.M.A to design a new headquarters office building to accommodate 40 administration & management staff for their group of companies.  
The brief required a high quality landmark building to accommodate sales support and management offices, reflective of the companies standing in the general business community 
The building utilizes third generation office services, with a high degree of flexibility and future proofing incorporated.
The resultant design utilizes a curved set back roof on the top floor penthouse, with a substantial roof garden at this level. A feature curved oval tower element dominates the design, forming the board room at the top floor.
