Blackrock Developments commissioned G.M.A to master plan and implement a mixed use scheme for 45 acres on the edge of Cahir Town. The over all plan caters for circa 350 houses, a business / industrial park and a neighborhood retail centre. 
Phase3 accommodates the retail element consisting of 12 retail courtyard units and a local anchor grocery store. 
Offices, restaurants, medical centre and service facilities are provided at first floor.  
The brief was to provide an economical building, which created a low key streetscape respective of the local architectural history while also defining the locality.
