Marienna Properties commissioned G.M.A to masterplan  and implement a new landmark  retail park  .
Phase 1  at 135,000 sq. ft. accomodates Chadwicks, Electro City, Furniture Depot, Doyles Hire, PatMcDonald Pant Sales & Noyeks. Phase 2 will complete the scheme with a additional 150,000 sq. ft of retail warehousing in 7 units.The brief was to provide an economical building, utilizing cost effective and rapid construction techniques.
