The site of 6 acres required a careful analysis as it was surrounded by existing houses and a nature reserve.  
The design solution was to provide a diverse range of contemporary homes, focused around a landscaped park, which supports the adjoining nature reserve 
The range of units is diverse from 700sq.ft to 3000 sq.ft.  
A new form of construction is utilized with modular insulated panels providing permanent formwork for the insitu concrete external walls.
