GMA were commissioned to master plan & implement an infill development, facilitating a mix of social, affordable and sheltered units in a new suburb of Kilkenny.The design solution was to provide a diverse range of contemporary homes, focused around a number of landscaped parks, courts and cull de sacs.

The overall effect is of a vibrant quality residential area.
The scheme successfully integrates 38 social and affordable units in  a diverse pattern across the site.
